Marriage License
*If at least one of the two of you lives in New Hampshire, go to your Town Clerk or Town Hall no more than 90 days prior to the wedding. There is no waiting period but the license will expire after 90 days.
You need to go together and bring proof of age as well as proof of any previous marriages ended by divorce or death.
If neither of you live in NH, you can go to any Town Clerk or Town Hall in NH. Charges vary between towns.
Witnesses and blood tests are not needed in NH.
